I am a dedicated ADHD Coach and educator, having completed my training with ADDCA in 2022, recognized as the gold standard in ADHD coaching education. I provide up-to-date and accurate ADHD Awareness Training tailored for businesses, parents, and individuals. I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Social Work, achieved in 2008 with a 2:1 classification, and have an extensive background working within Mental Health services. My professional journey includes significant experience with adults, young care leavers, survivors of domestic violence, and offenders. This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of various personal challenges and a compassionate approach to coaching.
I am passionate about busting myths surrounding ADHD and providing accurate information along with helping to create useful strategies. Additionally, I am enthusiastic about working with women experiencing the hormonal challenges that come with ADHD. My goal is to foster awareness, provide practical strategies, and create a positive impact in the lives of those I work with.

I was diagnosed with combined type ADHD at 40, shortly after the birth of my second son. With the pressures of being a mum to two young children and navigating a pandemic, life became increasingly difficult. I had always felt different, but it wasn't until then that my struggles became unmanageable. After a long and challenging period, I sought help. Learning that ADHD manifests differently in women was eye-opening, and understanding how hormones drive symptoms made me realize why I was at breaking point after five years of IVF, miscarriages, and pregnancies.
Like many diagnosed later in life, I experienced a range of emotions—from relief to grief over what might have been if I had known earlier. But I quickly realized that this journey was meant to be, despite how tough it was.
I started educating myself about ADHD while confronting past trauma. This enabled me to connect with my true self and start shedding the invisible mask I didn't realize I had been wearing. Understanding how my ADHD affects me has allowed me to embrace my unique brain. I now know that what works for many may not work for me, and I have learned to set boundaries to create a balanced life.
I am especially passionate about working with women dealing with the hormonal challenges that come with ADHD and supporting parents of children with ADHD. My experiences have fueled my commitment to dispelling myths about ADHD and providing accurate, practical strategies to help others achieve their goals.
Before my diagnosis, I developed coping mechanisms without truly understanding what I was dealing with. My goal is to help others shorten that journey. I am dedicated to helping people unmask and thrive as their true selves. By embracing who we are, we can live our best lives. We don’t have to fit any mould; we can create our own. I am excited to help others discover their authentic selves and make the changes needed for a clearer and more fulfilling life.
In addition to my coaching work, I am passionate about movement, especially getting out in nature. I love hiking and wild swimming, as well as practicing yoga. I am also enthusiastic about breath work and somatic processes, finding them invaluable for maintaining mental and physical well-being.
